Balance and khana: - her kisi ko Eating food it mean Khana bhut achcha lagta ha. zaban ko zaykedar and masaledar khana food very testy lagta ha and is condition me hum apne aap par control nahi kar pate and zarurat se zyada khana khalete ha yani overeat ka shikar ho jate ha to ye zindagi yani life ke lye bada hi nuksandeh sabit ho sakta ha. Balance and neend (sleep): - Sleeping it mean neend life me bhut hi important ha but is me bhi balance very important ha like jis tarha zayada sona bad habit ha and gandi bat ha usi tarha kam sona bhi nuksandeh ho skata ha is lye night me time par so jaye and early morning jald utha jaye. Din me 10-15 minute rest lena better ha.
